NBA Benefit Plans

The Nebraska Bankers Insurance and Services Company (NBISCO) administers the Nebraska Bankers Association group health and life program. This program is offered exclusively to members of the NBA. Health plans are self-insured with coverage provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE). Dental and vision are fully insured plans provided by Ameritas and Life and Disability are fully insured plans provided by The Standard.

The Summary Plan Description (SPD) for each of the benefit plans consists of two documents, linked below.
The SPD for each Plan consists of the Wrap Plan SPD (linked below) and a benefit booklet that describes the benefits offered. To access the benefit booklet for each type of benefit (e.g. health, vision, dental), click on the corresponding link below.
