HDHP $3,000/$6,000 Deductible
Prescription drug coverage for the HSA-eligible High Deductible Health Plan is set up as a pass through. At an Rx participating pharmacy, the member shows their BCBSNE ID card. If the HD$3,000 employee only or the HD$6,000 family deductible is not met, the member is required to pay the cost of the prescription at the point of service, after discounts are applied. If the full individual or family deductible is met, there is no cost to the member.
