Dayspring Bank | Gothenburg, and the Karl Randecker family were recognized for their contributions toward the Gothenburg Impact Center project with one of the four main entrances to the Impact Center being named the Dayspring Bank Event Center. (pictured)
First Interstate Bank and Union Bank & Trust Co. | Lincoln, and other local businesses helped sponsor the Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln's Rock the Block event on Oct. 7. Over 70 volunteers from various local businesses completed minor repair work on houses along the 7000 block of Morton Street in northeast Lincoln.
First National Bank of Omaha | North Platte, hosted the Mid-Plains United Way annual chili cook-off on Oct. 6. The event was the kick-off for the Mid-Plains United Way fundraising campaign. Additionally, Dayspring Bank, First Interstate Bank and First National Bank of Omaha in North Platte were participants in the chili cook-off.
Flatwater Bank | Gothenburg, was recognized as a visionary donor to the Gothenburg Impact Center project. The project provides local families access to quality early childhood education efforts through the Flatwater Bank Early Learning Center. (pictured)
Midwest Bank | Lincoln, opened an in-school savings bank at St. Michael Catholic School in Lincoln last week.
Midwest Bank | Wisner, opened its new branch location at 1120 Avenue E in Wisner on Oct. 10. The new branch replaces the current location just down the street. The bank celebrated with an open house from Oct 10-14 and prize giveaways. (pictured)
Nebraska Bank | Dodge, hosted a community-wide flu shot clinic at the bank on Oct. 5.
Nebraska Bank | Howells, opened an in-school savings bank at Howells-Dodge Consolidated last week.
Platte Valley Bank | Sidney, celebrated the completion of a 10-month remodel project with an open house on Oct. 5. Around 300 people attended the open house to see the updated, more open look, as well as the ramp-accessible entrance and wheelchair-accessible teller desk.
United Republic Bank | Gretna, and the City of Gretna celebrated the grand opening of Gretna Crossing Park, which is sponsored by the bank. (pictured)
West Gate Bank | Lincoln, hosted a free community shred day on Oct. 7 at the Old Cheney Road branch. The bank also accepted monetary and non-perishable food donations from attendees to benefit the Food Bank of Lincoln.
