The award honors a Wayne-area community member who is "civic-minded and exemplifies outstanding service on campus and in the community." She is the marketing director at the bank.

Raegen Christiancy, Heartland Bank | Kearney, recently celebrated her fifth anniversary with the bank. She is a customer service associate.

Lila Koca, Heartland Bank | Geneva, celebrated her 50th anniversary of service with the bank on April 24. She is the vice president-IT & security officer for the bank.
