Deaths

John Barry (age 81) | Valparaiso, passed away on April 8. He had previously served as president/CEO of Oak Creek Valley Bank/Jones Bank in Valparaiso. In 2011, he received the NBA Milestone Banker Award for 50 years of service to the industry. (pictured)

Charles "Chuck" Pfaff (age 79), Omaha, passed away on March 26. He was a bank consultant at Security First Bank in Lincoln for 16 years, following a 32-year career with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). (pictured)
