Claims Reporting
NBISCO Agency Services asks that all claims be filed directly with the Carrier by you as the agent or the Insured. Please use the links below and follow the instructions on filing claims. If the Carrier isn’t listed below, refer to the Insured’s policy.
NBISCO will provide your agency with the claim number and adjuster contact information upon receipt from the Carrier, if provided. Once you have this information, we recommend you follow up with the Insured periodically to assure the claim is handled efficiently and to the Insured’s satisfaction. Please contact the Claims Adjuster directly to help move the claim along for the Insured as needed.
