Scenes of Nebraska Calendar

If you are a Nebraska banker, member of the bank's board of directors (or a family member of either), we encourage you to submit your photos for consideration in our next calendar!

​No matter where you live in Nebraska, the most beautiful landscapes, cityscapes and wildlife scenes can be seen every day of the year.

Here are some tips to keep in mind when taking photos:
  • Think about taking images that are appropriate for each month. We look for photos that represent Nebraska in all of its seasons.
  • Think of the many holidays throughout the year and what images would be fitting to display during that particular month.
  • Think outside the box. Well-known landmarks are obvious choices for photos. But think of other locations or subjects that you wouldn't necessarily think of as "Nebraska." We're always looking for unique images!
Submit Your Photo(s)!
  • ​To submit photos for the 2026 calendar, please email them to​ ​[email protected] by March 3, 2025.
  • Feel free to send multiple photos on one email if the file size allows.

In the email, please include the following:
  • Photographer's name, address, phone number and email
  • Related banker’s name, bank and city (if not self)
  • Town, nearest town or county where photo was taken
  • Month the photo was taken
  • Photo title (If you’re submitting multiple entries, please name photo files with their respective titles.)

​NOTE: ​By submitting a photo, you grant permission and consent to the NBA for the use, republication and distribution of the submitted photographs as determined by the NBA (i.e. in the calendar, on social media, and other NBA promotional and marketing efforts).
Photo Submission Guidelines
  • Horizontal orientation is needed for the larger month photos, while smaller photos featured on the back cover can be either horizontal or vertical.
  • Don't forget we require a minimum size and resolution for your photos. Ideal sizing is at least 9" wide at 300 dpi.
    • We certainly wouldn't want to disregard your photo only because it doesn't meet our size requirements. Smaller or lower resolution files may be used for the inside covers or small month photos.
    • Digital files must be supplied as a JPG, TIF or PDF.
    • Always check your camera settings. Images should be taken at the largest and best quality settings the camera can produce. Most cameras have low-, medium- and high-resolution choices.
    • Please do not edit your photos, i.e., adjusting contrast, lighting, adding a watermark, or other forms of editing. Photos that are deemed over-edited may be disqualified.
    • We accept submissions for both color photos or black and white images.
Ordering Calendars
  • Available exclusively to NBA-member banks, these calendars can be customized with your bank's logo.
  • ​The ordering window for the 2025 calendar has closed.​ Keep an eye on our weekly Update newsletter for future info on the 2026 calendar.

Is this your bank's first time ordering NBA calendars?
  • Visit the ordering portal here.
  • Click on the person icon, then click "Sign In."
  • Create your account using the "Create an account (Login)" link.
  • Enter the required info, then click "Sign Up."
  • Watch for a confirmation email of your account creation.
    • Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Want to reorder the same design as last year?
  • If your bank placed an order last year, all of your order information is saved in your Aradius account.
  • Follow these simple steps to navigate to the "Reorder" section:
    • Log in using the person icon.
    • Find "My Orders" under the same icon.
    • Click on last year's order number.
    • Click on "Reorder" to place an identical order to last year's.
    • If you have any changes but want the same logo, click "Edit" under the item name.​

Reordering but you're the new calendar contact person?
  • ​If you've taken over ordering calendars for someone else, an account with all of your design and order history should exist.
  • Do you have the previous contact's email access?
    • Yes - Request a password reset from the "Sign In" screen.
    • No - The NBA can help connect you with Aradius to have the account details manually changed to yours.
  • Email [email protected] if you need to have your account details updated.
​​​Additional Notes:
  • Aradius handles all shipping and billing directly.
  • You can pay directly via credit card or opt for an invoice.
  • Paying via credit card when you order will help expedite the processing.
  • You should receive a confirmation email with an order summary.
    • This is your invoice/receipt and should show whether you've paid or have a balance due.
  • Find a PDF copy of your invoice under "My Orders."
