Security Bank | Hartington, broke ground last week on a new 6,000-square-foot branch at 313 S. Robinson Avenue in Hartington that will include a vaulted lobby, drive-through, 10 offices, a conference room and space for future expansion. The estimated completion date for this project is late summer 2024; once complete, the current downtown branch will be relocated to the new facility. (pictured)

Lois Ryan, Heartland Bank | Kearney, will retire on April 28 after 10 years at the bank. She most recently was the Ambassador Club Coordinator for the Kearney branch.

Beverly Peitz (age 71) | Hartington, passed away on April 20. She had previously worked at the Bank of Hartington for 20 years.
