Group Insurance Benefits

The Nebraska Bankers Insurance and Services Company (NBISCO) administers the Nebraska Bankers Association group health and life program called the Voluntary Employees Beneficiary Association (VEBA). This program is offered exclusively to members of the NBA. Health plans are self-insured with coverage provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska. Dental, vision, life and disability plans are fully insured with coverage provided by MetLife.

Summary Plan Descriptions
The Summary Plan Description ("SPD") for each of the benefit plans sponsored by the NBA VEBA consists of two documents, linked below.
For most of the Plans, the SPD consists of the Wrap Plan SPD (linked below) and a Benefit Booklet that describes the benefits offered. To access the Benefit Booklet for each type of benefit (e.g. health, vision, dental), click on the corresponding link below.
For the NBA VEBA Group Insurance HDHP Plan, the SPD is the HDHP Supplement (linked below) and the corresponding Benefit Booklet available through the "Health" link below.
