The NBA has joined 35 bankers associations in partnering with the talent management website BankTalentHQ.
Banks can post new job openings on BankTalentHQ and reach a nationwide talent pool. Jobs posted on the site are automatically distributed to other job boards including to Circa's network of community-based organizations and diversity websites.
Job seekers can browse job listings, learn about careers in the banking industry and upload their resumes.
