The HALT Human Trafficking Fund opened its second round of grant applications today. Applications are due by Aug. 31.
The HALT Fund provides financial support to Nebraska-based organizations focused on preventing human trafficking before it occurs. Eligible applicants include:

All funded projects must demonstrate a clear prevention focus. To begin the application process, complete the eligibility quiz at haltfund.org. About the HALT Fund Established in 2024 by Nebraska’s banking industry with support from other stakeholders, the HALT Human Trafficking Fund collects and distributes funding to help eliminate human trafficking across the state. Earlier this year, the Fund awarded its first round of grants to HTI Labs, the Imperial Police Department and the Nebraska Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence.
