Again this year, the NBA has partnered with Industry Insights to conduct the most comprehensive compensation and benefits survey, with 490 financial institutions participating from a seven-state collaboration including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Ohio.
