This form will not ask for your payment information. A confirmation email will go to the NBA, after which NBA staff will create an invoice for your order.
Once your invoice is created, you will receive an email with a link to pay for your order.
- You will have the option to pay online via credit card or print your invoice and mail a check.
All tickets must be paid for before they will be mailed.
Once your payment has been processed, we will prepare and mail your order. A receipt of your payment will be included in the package.
