Nancy Garrett, FirsTier Bank | Kimball, and Tony Kaufman, Platte Valley Bank | Scottsbluff, were elected to serve on the board of directors for the Western Nebraska Land Bank, a public entity formed to acquire, manage and redevelop vacant and tax-delinquent properties. Kaufman was elected to serve as board chairman.
