Topics covered by Allgood and other presenters during the event included: diversifying your farm, funding opportunities and loans available for small-scale producers, initiatives of the Natural Resource Conservation Service and challenges for small-scale producers.

Alison Dennis, Security Bank | Laurel, celebrated 30 years with the bank. She is an administrative officer.

Clarence “C.L.” Landen III and James “Jim” Landen Sr., Security National Bank | Omaha, were inducted into the Omaha Business Hall of Fame during a gala on Aug. 21. C.L. serves as the CEO, and Jim is the executive chairman.
