Concealed Handguns Prohibited Signs
Effective Jan. 1, 2007, Nebraska residents
now can be authorized to lawfully carry a concealed handgun in
certain public places. However,
the new state law prohibits concealed handguns in specified
public facilities, including financial institutions.
The NBA is now offering cling signs to remind your
customers of the law. Use
of these signs is strictly voluntary.
