Salary & Benefits Survey

Hiring and retaining the best people is an ongoing challenge for
any bank.  If you believe a fair, competitive compensation policy is

Nebraska Bankers Association's Salary and Benefits Survey.

Recognizing the importance of providing the banks of Nebraska with a useful measuring tool, the NBA Educationt Advisory Committee has joined forces with Dr. Robert Mathis to develop, tabulate, and report the Salary and Benefits Survey for 2013. This survey will provide you with a wealth of information and is prepared exclusively for Nebraska banks using recommendations from participants, the NBA Executive Management Advisory Committee, and Dr. Mathis. An added benefit to the survey: banks participating in this year's survey will automatically receive their previously submitted numbers again next year, providing historical data and saving you valuable time.
