The highly interactive courses are supplemented with industry best-practice procedures and off-line exercises that can personalize the experience to your bank.  As a stand-alone program or as a supplement to your bank’s on-the-line training, Teller Basics can significantly accelerate the process of preparing your new tellers to begin serving customers.  Use of the program also ensures consistency in training across all bank locations.
