For the last 15 years, Paula has been coaching, training, and speaking across the United States and Canada. The majority of her work has been in the Midwest and within the financial sector. She holds a master’s degree in education and is a Certified Executive Coach.

What is executive coaching?
An executive coach is a development partner. As an executive, you may have the answers, but difficulties have gotten in the way of finding them. As a manager, your promotion may have been based on technical skills, and you now find yourself at a loss to lead a team.
Executive coaching is a one-to-one connection. It is objective and it is personal at the same time. Through executive coaching, problems are solved, skills grow, and future challenges are met.
